The website (www.tourismskillsgap.com) is operated by The Robert Gordon University in conjunction with the European Social Fund (“the operators”). Use of and access to the website is subject to the following terms and conditions;
1. Copyright
Except in relation to any content created by registered users of the website, the copyright in the website and its contents belongs to The Robert Gordon University, or has been included with the consent of other copyright owners. Reproduction in any form, including printing or downloading of all or any part of the contents of the website is prohibited apart from under the following circumstances:
- a registered user may print copies of any material from the website in hard copy for personal use, provided that it is not in any way altered, edited, amended or deleted. No forwarding of material from the website is permitted unless it is to a third party for their personal use and they are advised of the applicability of these terms and conditions and the website is acknowledged as the source of the material.
For the avoidance of doubt, no part of the website or any of the materials from it mat be reproduced, transmitted or stored in any other website or in any other electronic retrieval system.

No hyperlinks or links of any type may be used of the website without the express permission of The Robert Gordon University.
3. Viruses
The operators retains the right to recover all cots, damages and expenses incurred by them which arise as a result of any virus which affects the website as a result of use by a user.
4. Liability
The operators accept no liability for the accuracy of any materials contained within the website or within any third party website to which this website may be linked. Consequently, the operators accept no liability for any loss or damage which may result as a result of access to or use of the website.

6. Submission of Material
Registered users are responsible for material placed on the website by them. In submitting any material for inclusion within the website, registered users warrant that no intellectual property rights are infringed. The operators have, at their sole discretion, the right to:
- Disable or delete any registered user’s account and any information pertaining to that account;
- Remove any information from the operators database;
- Refuse to publish any information or material submitted by a user.
7. Indemnity
Users will hold harmless and indemnify the operators, their agents and employees for all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses brought against the operators by any third party which arises as a result of that users’ access to or use of the website or violation of these terms and conditions.
8. Warranty
The operators do not warrant that the website will be in good working order at any given time nor that its operation will be uninterrupted or free from errors.
9. Scots Law
This website and its content are for use by UK residents within the UK. Any claim or legal proceedings arising as a result of access to or use of the website shall be subject to the laws of Scotland and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
