In this module, you will reflect on your own time management in relation to the key success factors in your role/position.
In analysing your own time use, you will answer questions that should provoke a re-focus on your time management.
After analysis, you will learn how to command and control your time in the future, essentially through the planning and scheduling of your most precious resource. You will also be given practical tips for practising effective time management.
